CONSENT to the processing of personal data

Acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", I give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Rasskazova Valentina Gennadyevna (Tax ID 390512862971, OGRNIP 326390000030955) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") to process my personal data on the following conditions.

1. List of Personal Data

full name;
phone number;
email address;
delivery address;
city of residence;
request content (comment, custom order description).

2. Purpose of Processing

conclusion and execution of the retail purchase and sale agreement;
registration and processing of the order, including by sketch;
organization of product delivery;
interaction on issues of order execution;
consideration of applications, claims and other requests.

5. Term of Consent

This consent is given from the moment of its provision and is valid for 5 (five) years. Consent can be revoked by sending a written application to the Operator's address or by email: koenigcarpet@gmail.com.
